Lemon + chicken

If you bake the chicken uncut, put a whole lemon and herbs inside – the flavor of the meat will be absolutely amazing. Chicken breast can be cooked in a lemon glaze.

Schnitzel

Lemon will give the dish a very fresh flavor. You just need to pour the juice from this fruit over it.

Fish + lemon

This combination is traditional. You can marinate raw fish in lemon juice, add a little chili pepper and ginger to make a delicious dish. When baking, put a few slices of lemon in the belly of the fish along with aromatic herbs.

Lemon juice is added to sauces and salad dressings

You can mix a little oil, mustard, soy sauce, salt, and lemon juice and dress a vegetable salad.

1. Greek salad dressing

• Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
• Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
• Dried Italian or Provencal herbs

Mix everything.

2. Lemon-balsamic dressing

• Balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp
• Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
• Dijon mustard - 1 tsp
• Olive oil - 1 tbsp
• Garlic - 1 clove

Stir everything together.

3. Sauce "Ranch"

• Sour cream - 60 g
• Finely chopped dill and parsley - 1 tsp each
• Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
• Salt - a pinch
• Black pepper
• Garlic - 1 clove

Mix everything and leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
