- beef meat - 600 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrots - 2 pcs.
- potatoes - 10-12 pcs.
- tomatoes - 4 pcs.
- sweet pepper - 1-2 pcs.
- zucchini - 1 pc.
- eggplant - 1 pc.
- tomato paste - 3 tbsp.
- salt, pepper to taste
- spices: smoked paprika, dry garlic,
- dried herbs, bay leaf
- boiled water - 200 ml.
Method of preparation:

1. Fry the meat, add onions and carrots.
2. Simmer for a few minutes.

4. Stir and add 200 ml of boiled water.
