Ingredients:

• beef meat - 600 g
• onion - 1 pc.
• carrots - 2 pcs.
• potatoes - 10-12 pcs.
• tomatoes - 4 pcs.
• sweet pepper - 1-2 pcs.
• zucchini - 1 pc.
• eggplant - 1 pc.
• tomato paste - 3 tbsp.
• salt, pepper to taste
• spices: smoked paprika, dry garlic,
• dried herbs, bay leaf
• boiled water - 200 ml.

Method of preparation:

1. Fry the meat, add onions and carrots.

2. Simmer for a few minutes.

3. Add potatoes, salt, pepper.

4. Stir and add 200 ml of boiled water.

5. Leave to simmer for 5 minutes.

6. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, bell peppers, zucchini and eggplant, spices.

7. Simmer over low heat for another half hour.

8. Add your favorite herbs before serving.
