What kind of salad can be made from spinach: a recipe for a healthy dish
Spinach season is in full swing, and the easiest thing to make with this green is a salad. Since spinach is not too capricious and has a pleasant taste, it goes well with other foods: fish, vegetables, or eggs.
Food blogger Juliia Symonchuk (cook_julija_simonchuk) shared a recipe for a hearty and delicious spinach salad on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:
- spinach – 1 bunch
- cherry tomatoes – 4 pcs
- lightly salted salmon – 100 g
- Quail eggs – 4 pcs/chicken eggs – 1 pc
- olive oil – 1-2 tbsp

- orange juice
- pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds or nuts
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the salmon into pieces.

2. Pre-boil the eggs, then chop them.
3. Cut the tomatoes.
4. Wash and dry the spinach. Put it on a plate.

6. Add spices, and drizzle with olive oil and orange juice.
