A salad with crab sticks is an essential attribute of the festive New Year's table in Ukrainian families. The ingredients are simple, but there are a lot of them, so the dish is quite satisfying. And to make this salad light and surprise with a new taste, you can interpret it.

Salads with crab sticks

Ingredients for a salad, in the form of balls:
- crab sticks
- eggs - 4 pcs
- yellow cheese - 150 or a spoonful of mayonnaise.
Method of preparation:
1. Grate eggs and cheese on a fine grater.
2. Finely chop the sticks.
3. Mix everything and season with mayonnaise.
4. Roll the resulting salad into balls. Each serving - 1 tsp.
A dish with crab sticks
Salad with crab sticks and avocado
Ingredients:
- crab sticks.
- avocado - 2 pcs
- cucumbers - 2 pcs
- chives
- mayonnaise
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the avocado and cucumbers into small cubes.
2. Chop the onion.
3. Disassemble the crab sticks by hand into a fiber.
4. You can mix everything and serve in portions or put it in layers in this order:
Avocado for the salad
- cucumber, mayonnaise
- onion, avocado, mayonnaise
- crab sticks
5. Decorate at your own discretion.
