It's a great idea to make a pie, as you can combine a variety of fillings and your favorite ingredients. The dish can be both sweet and savory. It's perfect for tea on a cool autumn evening.

Pumpkin puree pie from valway_ka
- Eggs - 4 pcs.
- Sugar - 200 g
- Pumpkin puree - 150 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Flour - 250 g
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- Orange - 1 pc.
For the glaze:
- Water - 150 g (you can add a little orange juice)
- Sugar - 2 tsp.
- Cornstarch - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
- Beat eggs with sugar until frothy, add mashed potatoes, oil, orange juice, and zest.
- Combine the dry ingredients and gradually add them to the mass, mixing with a spatula.
- Bake at 180 degrees. Check the readiness with a toothpick.
To make the glaze
- Boil water, and add sugar mixed with starch. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour the finished glaze over the warm cake, making many holes with a skewer.
Beetroot and feta pie from lysak.an
Ingredients for the dough:
- Wheat flour - 225 g
- Butter 82% - 120 g
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Cold water - 60 ml.
Ingredients for the filling:
- Beets - 3 pcs.
- Eggs - 4 pcs.
- Sour cream 20% - 250 g
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - to taste
- Feta - 100 g
Preparation of the dough:
- Mix flour, salt and sugar.
- Cut the frozen butter into small cubes and add to the flour. Grind into crumbs.
- Add cold water and quickly knead the dough.
- Wrap in cling film and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough.
- Put the dough into the mold, cut the sides, and make punctures with a fork.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 200 degrees.
Method of preparing the filling:
- Mix eggs, salt, sour cream, and finely chopped garlic.
- Add the beets and mix.
- Pour the filling over the finished dough, and top with diced feta.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Carrot and apple pie by alina.batrak
Ingredients:
- Carrots - 250 g
- Apples - 150 g
- Raisins - 120 g
- Flour - 160 g
- Soda - 1/2 tsp
- Eggs - 4 pcs;
- Oil - 50 ml;
- Zest of 1/2 lemon;
- Cinnamon - to taste;
- Salt - a pinch;
- Chocolate bar.
Method of preparation:
- Peel carrots and apples, and grate on a fine grater.
- Add raisins, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, lemon zest, and oil.
- Mix everything.
- Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Add the yolks to the apple-carrot mixture and beat lightly with a blender.
- Beat the whites separately until stiff with a pinch of salt.
- Mix the whole mass gently.
- Put the dough into a greased mold.
- Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for 40 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath and pour over the cake.
- Put in the refrigerator until it hardens.
