Ingredients:
- pumpkin puree - 200 g
- dates - 50 g
- orange juice - 30 g
- cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- coconut flour - 60 g
Ingredients for the glaze:
- dark chocolate - 60 g
- coconut oil - 10 g
Method of preparation:
1. Beat pumpkin puree, dates and juice with a blender until smooth.
2. Add flour to the resulting mass. Mix well.
3. Divide the resulting mass into 13 equal parts. Form candies of any shape and put them in the freezer for 1 hour.
4. To make the glaze, melt the chocolate with the butter in a water bath.
