Beetroots salads are not only healthy but also very tasty and easy to prepare. Just add a few ingredients to the beets like cheese and you'll have the perfect dish for both everyday and a festive table.

Cook Daria shared a recipe for a delicious beetroot salad with beans and prunes, which is easy to prepare, on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • beets - 3 pcs.
  • prunes - 300 g
  • canned white beans - 300 g
  • sunflower oil
  • salt, pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Soak the beans in cold water for 6-8 hours in advance, preferably overnight. Rinse, boil in salted water for about an hour and cool. You can also take canned beans and just pour them out. Pour boiling water over the prunes for 15 minutes and chop them finely.

2. Boil the beets, peel and dice them.

3. Wash the prunes, cover with hot water. Then cut them randomly.

3. Put the beets, beans, prunes in a bowl, season with vegetable oil, salt and pepper and serve.
