Lazy dumplings are an ideal breakfast option because they are hearty, tasty, and take only 10 minutes to prepare. For the filling, you can use condensed milk, cherries, and any berries. The most important thing is to make a good dough.

Chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious lazy dumplings on a cherry pillow that will turn out to be successful and not bruised.

Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese - 300 g
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp. 
  • Flour - 4 tbsp.
  • Butter - 30 g
  • Salt (in water)

Coulis:

  • Peeled cherries - 150 g
  • Sugar - 50 g
  • Fresh sweet cherries - 50 g

Method of preparation:

1. Dough: mix cottage cheese with flour, egg, sugar and salt. Knead the dough, make a sausage and cut it.

2. Pour sugar over the cherries, stir and cook until tender.

3. Bring the water to a boil, add the butter, put the dumplings, and cook until they float.

4. Put the berry pillow on a plate, top with the dumplings and garnish with mint.
