Unusual cheesecake with Oreo cookies: you need only four ingredients

When it's incredibly hot outside, you don't want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen with the appliances on. However, even in such weather, one may want to enjoy a delicious dessert.

A food blogger with the nickname fitwafflekitchen shared how to make a delicious homemade cheesecake without turning on the oven on Instagram. To make it, she used Oreo cookies and three other ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Oreo cookies - 4 pcs
  • unsalted butter - 10 g
  • cream cheese - 115 g
  • powdered sugar - 2 tbsp.

Method of preparation

1. Grind the cookies into crumbs.

2. Add melted butter to half of the cookies and stir well.

3. Put the rest of the cookies into portioned bowls and form the cheesecake base.

4. Beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar with a mixer.

5. Add half of the cookies from the remaining butter and mix well.

6. Put the cheese filling on the cookie base and sprinkle the remaining cookies on top.

7. Put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
