Any dessert that is associated with a lot of sugar and calories can be made low-calorie. It is enough to replace some ingredients with a healthier alternative. Desserts in glasses are a great option: they are fresh, easy to prepare, and don't need to be baked.
On her Instagram page, food blogger Anastasiia Barbar (nastiabarbar) shared a recipe for a quick dessert in a glass, which requires three main ingredients.
Ingredients:
- cookies
- ryazhenka
- bananas
Method of preparation:
1. First you need to grind the cookies in a blender.
2. Cut the banana into thin slices.
3. Put the ingredients in a glass as follows: cookies, ryazhenka, banana. Repeat until the entire glass is filled.
4. Refrigerate the dessert for 2-4 hours.
