  • broth (vegetable, chicken or meat) - 1 liter
  • chicken meat (wings) or any meat of your choice - 600 g
  • bacon - 100 g
  • onion - 1-2 pcs.
  • carrots -2 pcs.
  • celery - 5-6 stalks
  • rosemary - a sprig
  • garlic - 1-2 cloves.
  • flour - 1 dessert spoon
  • wine (white or red) - 1 glass
  • bay leaf - 5 pieces.

Method of preparation:

  1. Chop the vegetables, put them on a baking sheet, and put the chicken wings on top of them, add rosemary, onions, garlic and chopped bacon.
  2. Put it in the oven for an hour at 200 C to make the meat soft and tender.
  3. After that, take out the baking sheet, mix everything well, separate the meat from the bone, add flour and pour the broth over everything, season generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Put it in the oven for 25-30 minutes to let the broth boil.
  5. After the time has elapsed, take out the finished dish, take a sieve and strain the mixture well so that there is only a liquid sauce.
  6. Pour it into a glass dish, let it cool and refrigerate.

This gravy will be a great addition to any dish.
