Honey cake is one of the favorite desserts of almost everyone. And it's very easy to make, all you need to do is make the right dough and delicious cream.
Blogger Yana Stanishevskaya shared a recipe for a simple and delicious honey cake on Instagram that you can easily make.
For the test:
- flour - 4 50-490 г
- honey - 150 g
- cream - 80 g
- sugar - 80 g
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- salt - a pinch
For the cream:
- sour cream - 1 kg
- powdered sugar - 150 g
Method of preparation:
1. Dough: combine sugar, honey, and oil in a saucepan, put on fire, and stir until the mixture is completely dissolved.
2. Then remove from heat, add baking soda, and knead quickly. The mass should quickly turn white.
3. Return the saucepan to the heat for a minute and remove from the heat.
4. Leave the mass to cool for 5 minutes and add the eggs one by one.
5. Then add the sifted flour in stages and mix very thoroughly. The dough should be very soft.
6. Divide the finished dough into 12 pieces, roll them into balls, and place them under the film on a plate.
7. Take the parchment and roll out the first ball of dough as thinly as possible, to the state of papyrus.
8. Outline a flat circle, pierce it 100 times with a fork and put it in the oven for 4 minutes at 180 C. Do this with all the cakes.
9. Cream: mix sour cream and powdered sugar.
10. Assemble the cake: put 2 tbsp of cream on the bottom, top with a layer, and repeat with all the layers.
11. Grind or whip the crumbs from the cakes in a blender.
12. Sprinkle the cake and refrigerate for 12 hours.
