Strudel is a sweet apple dessert. According to the classical recipe, it is based on puff pastry. But if you don't have time to knead and bake for a long time, you can use rice paper.

Ingredients:
- apples – 4 pcs
- cane sugar – 1/3 cup
- cinnamon – 1 tsp
- rice paper – 10 pcs
- oil – 2 tbsp

Method of preparation:
1. Cut the apples into small cubes. Mix with sugar and cinnamon.

2. Soak the rice paper in water, spread it out on a hard surface, and place the apples in the center. Roll it up like a roll.
