Ingredients
- Potatoes - 2 kg
- Salt - 2 tsp
- Black pepper - 1 tsp.
- Sweet paprika - 2 tsp.
- Dried garlic - 1.5 tsp.
- Cornstarch - 3-4 tbsp
- Oil - 3 tbsp.
Method of preparation.
1. Wash the potatoes and cut them into 4-6 slices without removing the peel.
2. Pour boiling water, cover with cling film and leave for 20 minutes.

3. Drain and dry the potatoes very well with a paper towel.
4. Add all the spices, starch and oil. Mix very well.
