• Potatoes - 2 kg
• Salt - 2 tsp
• Black pepper - 1 tsp.
• Sweet paprika - 2 tsp.
• Dried garlic - 1.5 tsp.
• Cornstarch - 3-4 tbsp
• Oil - 3 tbsp.

Method of preparation.

1. Wash the potatoes and cut them into 4-6 slices without removing the peel.

2. Pour boiling water, cover with cling film and leave for 20 minutes.

3. Drain and dry the potatoes very well with a paper towel.

4. Add all the spices, starch and oil. Mix very well.

5. Cover a baking sheet with parchment and place the potatoes on it.

6. Bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
