Ingredients
- egg whites - 3 pcs
- salt - a pinch
- sugar - 150 gr
- coconut flakes - 150-180 gr
Method of preparation
1. Mix egg whites with salt and beat with a mixer at high speed until foamy.
2. Add sugar and beat until whitened and even more fluffy.
