Salad with corn and avocado
Ingredients:
- Avocado - 1 pc.
- Cucumber - 1 pc
- Canned corn - 1\2 cans
- Cherry tomatoes - 10 pcs
- Blue onion - 1\4 pcs
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Agave syrup or honey - 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- French mustard - 1 tsp.
- Salt and pepper

Method of preparation:
1. Pour the corn into a bowl.
2. Chop avocado, cucumber, cherry and onion. Add to the corn.
3. Make the salad dressing: mix olive oil with lemon juice, mustard, agave syrup or honey, salt and pepper.
4. Pour over the salad and mix.
Salad with avocado and grapes
Ingredients:
- Avocado - 1 pc.
- Pink grapes - 200 g
- Spinach - 50 g
- Blue onion - 1\4 pcs
- Roasted walnuts - 20 g
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar - for decoration

1. Cut the grapes into halves.
2. Cut avocado and onion into slices.
3. Arrange the spinach on a plate.
4. Add the grapes, onion and avocado.
5. Sprinkle with walnuts.
6. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
