For example, most people in the UK keep their eggs on the kitchen table. In the US, on the other hand, they keep them in the refrigerator. The Mirror decided to find out where exactly is the right place to store eggs to keep them fresh for a long time.

Dr. Bolu Eso, a well-known British veterinarian, shared his opinion on this issue with the publication. He used to believe that eggs should not be stored in the refrigerator. However, after talking to food experts, he gained a unique understanding of food storage.

As a result of many years of work and reflection, the veterinarian came to the conclusion that eggs should still be stored in the refrigerator. Only there will the product stay at a stable temperature all the time and not be subject to temperature fluctuations. These are the most harmful to the freshness of eggs, as temperature fluctuations cause condensation, which in turn promotes the development of salmonella.
