The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious stuffed chicken legs that cook very quickly.

Ingredients:

  • chicken quarters - 4 pcs.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • carrot - 1 pc.
  • hard cheese - 100 g
  • breadcrumbs - 90 g
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • seasoning for chicken - 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • tomato sauce
  • oil
  • water

Method of preparation:

1. Carefully remove the skin until the muscles on the shank end. Cut off the tip of the bone with a sharp knife. Pass all the meat through a meat grinder.

2. Mix the cooked minced meat, grated hard cheese, fried onions, carrots, breadcrumbs, egg, spices, and salt in a bowl.

3. Stuff the skin with the prepared minced meat, forming a leg that ends with a bone. Turn the chicken with the seam down.

4. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, add a little water, and place the quarters. Brush the chicken skin with the sauce.

5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 50 minutes until golden brown.

How long to cook a dish

Tip: Cover the baking dish with the stuffed thighs with foil. Remove the foil 30 minutes after baking and cook the rest of the time without it!
