Fruit shawarma is one of the most delicious summer desserts. You can add your favorite sweets and seasonal ingredients to it for a truly explosive flavor palette. And you can wrap all the ingredients in phyllo dough, which you can find in a regular supermarket.

The idea of making fruit shawarma was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Maksym (max_nikitin_yisty).

Ingredients:

  • phyllo dough - 1 pack
  • banana - 2 pieces
  • strawberries - 300 g
  • dark chocolate - 1 bar
  • M&M's - 1 pack
  • marshmallows - 50 g

Method of preparation:

1. Mash bananas with a fork. Cut strawberries in half and mix with starch so that they release less juice.

2. Divide it into 2 parts of 5 leaves each.

3. Spread the banana puree evenly over the surface of the dough.

4. Put strawberries, chocolate, marshmallows and M&Ms on the left side.

5. Roll everything, brush lightly with an egg and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes .
