Who wouldn't want to eat desserts, pies, sweets, and ice cream and not gain weight – there are definitely few of them. With the advent of autumn and the first cold weather, everyone has experienced the need for hearty breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and even snacks. But we shouldn't forget that everything should be in moderation and best done now – while there are seasonal vegetables and fruits, prepare healthy dishes from them, and desserts are no exception.
Nutritionist Svшtlana Fus shared on Facebook a recipe for a healthy and delicious banana dessert that you can prepare in just 12 minutes.
Ingredients:
- bananas - 2 pcs.
- eggs - 1 pc.
- walnuts - 2 pcs.
- cranberries - 2-4 pcs.
- honey - 1/2 tsp.
- goat cheese - 20 g
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.
- lemon juice - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
- Peel the bananas and cut them lengthwise into 2 pieces.
- Put them in a baking dish.
- Mix the lemon juice with honey, cinnamon with egg, and brush the bananas well with this mixture.
- Sprinkle with chopped walnuts, cranberries, and goat cheese, and put in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
It is better to eat the dessert immediately – hot.
