1. Meat filling

Ingredients:

  • meat - pork or chicken - 1 kg
  • onion - 3 pcs.
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • rice - 1/3 cup
  • vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp.
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Make minced meat from the meat.
  2. Peel the onion, cut into medium cubes, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  3. Heat a frying pan well, pour in vegetable oil, and fry the minced meat with onions and carrots until tender – 10 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Boil the rice until half cooked, add it to the frying pan with the minced meat, and mix thoroughly.
  6. Stuff the peppers and start cooking.

  • rice - 1/4 cup

Method of preparation:

  2. Cut the mushrooms into slices, and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown together with chopped onions.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Mix them with the rice and stuff the peppers.

3. Turkey and spinach stuffing

  • turkey - 230 g
  • fresh spinach - 200 g
  • garlic - 5 pcs.
  • bell pepper - 2 pcs.
  • cumin - 1/2 tsp.
  • pine nuts - 1 tbsp.
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Boil the fillet, and cut into medium cubes.
  2. Peel and dice the bell pepper.
  3. Chop the garlic with a knife or grate it.
  4. Wash and dry the spinach.
  5. Mix all the ingredients, season with salt and pepper, add nuts, and you can stuff the peppers.
