• oil
• spices
• processed cheese

Method of preparation:

1. Clean the mackerel carcass from the insides.

2. Brush with oil and spices for fish.

3. Grate the processed cheese.

4. Stuff the fish.

5. Lubricate the top with mayonnaise.

6. Wrap in foil and put in the oven to bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

7. Cool the fish and cut it before serving.
