It is zucchini that can be deliciously closed for the winter, without spending a lot of money and time. The marinade for these vegetables is very simple - just four ingredients. Ready vegetables can be used instead of a salad for a festive table.

Ingredients for the marinade:
- water - 1 liter.
- vinegar - 180 g
- sugar - 1 cup (250 ml.)
- salt - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. For the marinade, mix water, sugar and salt.
2. Bring to the boil, add the vinegar and remove from the heat.
3. At the bottom of the jar put horseradish leaves, dill flower, 1 clove of garlic, a few peas of oregano and black pepper each, and your favorite spices that you are used to adding to canning.
4. Lay out the zucchini cut into circles.
5. Pour in the marinade.
6. Sterilize for 15-20 minutes after the water boils in the pot.
7. Roll up the jars.
8. Wrap in a blanket to cool. until the jars are cool.
