Spectacular salad with green peas instead of the usual Olivier

This interesting new salad with green peas will be a great addition to your holiday table. The composition is quite basic, but when combined, these products create a real culinary masterpiece. Instead of the usual sausage or chicken, the dish includes boiled beef heart, which makes the salad truly original.
The idea for the festive dish was shared by the famous Ukrainian chef Liza Hlinska on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- boiled beef heart - 500 g
- onion - 1 pc
- boiled potatoes - 300 g
- homemade pickles - 200 g
- canned green peas - 200 g
- salt
- cold-pressed vegetable oil
Ingredients for the marinade:
- vegetable oil - 30 ml
- 9% vinegar - 10 g
- sugar - 5 g
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Marinate the onion. Cut, mash lightly, add salt, sugar, vegetable oil and vinegar. Leave the onion for 15 minutes.
2. Cut the heart, pickles, and potatoes into strips.
3. Add the peas.
4. Squeeze the onion lightly and add to the salad.
5. Season with oil and salt and mix.
