To begin with, to make this soup successfully, you should:

1. Choose good minced meat, or better yet, make it yourself.
2. Be sure to add spices.
3. Season the finished soup with sour cream, this will give it a very delicate taste.

Ingredients:

• water - 2 liters
• minced pork - 300 g
• potatoes - 6 pcs.
• onions - 1 pc.
• carrots - 1 pc.
• chicken eggs - 1 pc.
• salt - 1 pinch
• allspice - 4 pcs.
• bay leaf - 2 pcs.

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the potatoes, peel, and cut into cubes.
2. Put them in water and cook for about 15 minutes.
3. Add the egg, salt, and pepper to the minced meat, mix, and form small meatballs with your hands.
4. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onion into small cubes, and fry everything in vegetable oil until golden brown.
5. Add the cooked sautéed carrots to the boiling soup and at the very end add the meatballs, cook the soup for about 10 minutes.
6. Add bay leaf and allspice at the very end.

Before serving, you can add chopped herbs such as dill, onion, parsley, as well as sour cream, and even tomato paste to the soup, if desired.
