Snow almond candies: how to prepare a healthy alternative to the usual desserts
These candies are perfect for those who really like sweets, but care about the figure. There is no flour, milk or even chocolate in their composition, only a lot of dried fruits and nuts. It is very easy to prepare such goodies, and you will definitely be sure in their quality and low-calorie.

Ingredients:
per 20 pieces
- prunes - 150 g
- almonds - 100 g + 20 pieces for decoration
- soft dates - 100 g
- coconut shavings - 60 g
Method of preparation:
1. Soak prunes (if dry) in water for 2 hours. Drain, dry with a paper towel.
2. Rinse dates, remove the pips.
3. Grind dried fruit and almonds in a meat grinder or whisk in a blender. Add a little more than half of the coconut shavings.
4 Mix thoroughly and mold into about 20 balls. Form each one into an oblong candy.
5. Press 1 almond nut on top and roll well in the remaining coconut.
6. You can eat immediately, but it is better to put them in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes. You can use hazelnuts instead of almonds, which will also be delicious.
