Sliced fruit is another product that you should refuse in the supermarket. First, when hand-packed, bacteria can get on them. Secondly, sellers often sell so spoiled fruit, cutting off rotten parts from them.
The blogger said that you should not buy frozen fish: it often lags on the shelves due to low demand. You can distinguish a spoiled sample by two signs: the fish has whitened or reddened eyes, and when you press on the carcass there is an indentation.
Also do not buy in the store spice mixes, warned the author of the article. According to him, they often add spoiled samples, and in the food film, under which the mixtures are stored, bacteria multiply.
