Simple pita bread pie for a hearty lunch: easy to prepare
If you have pita bread, you'll have a hearty lunch. And you can prepare a meal from such a base very quickly. Use chicken and lots of cheese to make a delicious pie.
The idea of making a simple pita bread pie for a hearty lunch is published on the fasting_marafon Instagram page. It takes a maximum of 20 minutes to bake.
Ingredients:
- pita bread - 200 g.
- hard cheese - 500 g.
- baked chicken fillet (or ham) - 300 g.
- chicken eggs - 4 pcs.
- sour cream - 2 tbsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix eggs with sour cream and spices.
2. Dip pita bread in the mixture.
3. Layer the pie in a baking dish: first pita bread, then cheese, and finally meat.
4. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
5. Add the rest of the filling.
6. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
