Simple dessert without kneading the dough or baking by Hector Jimenez-Bravo
No-bake desserts are a great alternative to a variety of cakes that take hours to prepare. It will be much easier to take ordinary cookies and make a simple cream, and you'll have a delicious treat for the whole family.
The idea of making a four-ingredient no-bake cake was published on the Instagram page of the famous Ukrainian chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo.
Lazy cookie dessert without baking.

Ingredients:
- condensed milk - 440 g
- 30% cream - 200 g
- lemon juice - 80-100 g
- cookies
Method of preparation:
Make cream.

1. Mix condensed milk, cream and lemon juice in a blender.
2. Beat until smooth.
Add cookies.

3. Spread a little cream on the bottom of a mold.
4. Layer cookies on top.
Top with zest.

5. Repeat the procedure, making 4-5 layers.
6. Leave the dessert in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to cool and soak.

7. Garnish with lemon and lime zest before serving.
