Simple apple pie that is better than charlotte
The most popular apple pie is charlotte. However, it takes a lot of time to make this dessert. And for those housewives who want to please their family with a delicious dish without standing at the stove for a long time, there is a simple alternative.

Ingredients:
- eggs - 2 pcs
- yolk - 1 pc
- butter or margarine (soft) - 130 g
- sugar - 180 g
- vanilla sugar - 2 g
- milk - 150 ml
- corn starch - 1 cup
- semolina - 3 tbsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- apple or wine vinegar - 1 cup
- flour - 280 g
- apples
Method of preparation:
1. Grind the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.
2. Add eggs and yolk and mix well.

3. Add flour, starch, semolina and baking powder.
4. Stir and add milk and vinegar.
5. Pour into a baking dish lined with parchment (22 cm in diameter).

6. Put the sliced apples on top.
7. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
8. Turn off the oven, open the door and let the pie stand for another 5 minutes. Then remove and serve.
