Sandwiches with crab sticks: how to prepare an unusual spread
Even such a familiar dish as sandwiches can be prepared in a new way. All you need to do is choose the right spread. One option is a spread with crab sticks, tomatoes, and mayonnaise. It tastes especially good when spread on a toasted piece of bread.
Food blogger Yuliia Symonchuk (cook_julia_simonchuk) shared a recipe for sandwiches with an unusual spread based on crab sticks and tomatoes on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:
- bread (baguette)
- crab sticks – 250 g
- tomato – 1-2 pcs
- garlic – 2-3 cloves
- mayonnaise
- salt, pepper

Method of preparation:
1. Pre-dry the baguette in a dry frying pan.
2. Chop the crab sticks.

3. Remove the wet part from the tomatoes. Chop the vegetables in the same way.
4. Chop the garlic.
5. Mix crab sticks, tomatoes, garlic, mayonnaise. Stir well. Season with salt and pepper.

6. Put the finished spread on a toasted baguette.
