Salty chicken and zucchini cupcake: how to make an interesting dish from ordinary products
Salted chicken and zucchini cupcake is a wonderful combination of products that will not leave anyone indifferent. It can act as an independent dish, as well as a snack, which is quite convenient to take with you.
Food blogger Olga Ryabenko claims on Instagram that this cupcake is also suitable for people who keep fit and even children. She also told us how to prepare it correctly.
Ingredients
- Eggs - 3 pcs
- Corn flour - 150 gr
- Milk - 150 ml
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dried fried onions
- Zucchini - 1 pc
- Chicken fillet - 1 pc
- Felata - 150 gr
- Parsley and tarragon
- Pumpkin seeds - optional
Method of preparation
1.Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater.
2. Cut the meat into long strips and dice the cheese.
3. Mix all ingredients, put into a greased baking dish.
4. Bake at 180° for 1 hour.
