Salad with egg pancakes: how to cook a budget dish in an unusual way

Ingredients:
- chicken fillet – 1 pc
- eggs – 3 pcs
- cucumbers – 2 pcs
- corn – 150 g
- sour cream
- mustard

Method of preparation:
1. Pre-boil the chicken fillet and divide it into fibers.
2. Add salt and pepper to the eggs, and beat with a whisk until smooth.
