Nettle is often used in cooking. It is valued for its beneficial properties and interesting, unique flavor. Nettles are most often added to salads. The dish requires a few ingredients and you can use anything because nettles go well with all kinds of vegetables.

Ingredients:
- cabbage
- boiled eggs - 3-4 pcs
- green onions - 3-4 pcs
- sour cream - 50 g
- nettle
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Pour boiling water over the nettles and leave for a while. Then chop randomly.
2. Boil the eggs and cut them into cubes.
3. Chop the cabbage and onion.
4. Combine all the ingredients and season with sour cream. Salt to taste.
