Lightly salted cucumbers are a great savory appetizer that will complement any meal. But in some recipes, the marinating time can take a day, and in others, even up to a week. So if you need to make cucumbers quickly, you can use the following idea. You can eat the vegetables in 2 hours. At the same time, it remains crispy and becomes very flavorful.
A simple idea for making crispy lightly salted cucumbers was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Maryna (maryna_ivash).
Ingredients:
- cucumbers – 500 g
- salt – 1 tsp without a slide
- vinegar – 1 tbsp
- oil – 3 tbsp
- fresh dill – 40 g
- garlic – 5-6 cloves
- ground black pepper – a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Wash cucumbers, remove excess, and cut into 4 pieces.
2. Add salt, dill, vinegar, oil, chopped dill and garlic.
3. Mix well and put in a bag.
4. You can eat it right away, but it is better to leave it in the fridge for an hour or two.
