Ingredients for the pie:
Filling:
- white cabbage - 1 pc.
- butter - 100 g
- salt - to taste
- sesame seeds - 10 g
Dough:
- flour - 2 cups
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- kefir - 2 cups
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
- First of all – wash and chop the cabbage, fry well in vegetable oil, salt to taste.
- Dough: beat eggs with salt, add kefir, mix, gently sifted flour, add baking soda, and mix to make the dough consistency like liquid sour cream.
- Put the first cabbage in the baking dish, pour the batter on top, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Put the cake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180-190 C.
It is best to serve the finished dish warm, you can have it with tea or even soup, and it will be very tasty.
