Beets can beused to make delicious and healthy salads, soups and sauces all year round. They can also be added to canned food.

The cook shared a recipe for a delicious and light beetroot salad with garlic and eggs on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • beets - 2 pcs.
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • hard cheese - 100 g
  • garlic - 3 cloves.
  • mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp.
  • spices: salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Boil beets and eggs and cool.

2. Grate the beetroot together with the beetroot and put it in a bowl.

3. Add grated garlic, mayonnaise, spices and mix.
