Ingredients:
- chicken thighs without bones and skin - 3 pcs.
- broccoli - 500 g
- peanut butter - 1 tbsp.
- carrots - 1/2 pc.
- soy sauce
- salt, pepper, sesame seeds
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken into thin strips and fry until golden brown.
2. Pour a little water and soy sauce, add peanut butter, and simmer under the lid for 15 minutes.
3. Boil the broccoli in salted water for about 3-5 minutes.
4. Put the cooked broccoli to the chicken. Add a little soy sauce if desired.
5. Chop the carrots and add to the dish.
6. Add spices.
