Everyone loves pancakes for breakfast without objection. Flavorful and tender they are able to fall in love with a finicky gourmet. But, it turns out, the dish can be prepared in a completely new way. And no less delicious.

Pumpkin Pancakes Ingredients:
- Pumpkin puree - 140 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Milk - 250 ml
- Sugar - 2-3 tbsp.
- Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.
- Flour - 200 g
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
- Salt
Preparation method:
- Mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, sugar and mashed potatoes.
- Pour in the dry mixture and mix well so there are no lumps.
- Fry in a dry frying pan or in a little oil.
Serve with your favorite jam, Nutella or peanut butter.
