Everyone loves pancakes for breakfast without objection. Flavorful and tender they are able to fall in love with a finicky gourmet. But, it turns out, the dish can be prepared in a completely new way. And no less delicious.

Foodblogger Kateryna Kudlyak shared a recipe for fall pancakes that should be made. Posted on Instagram.

Pumpkin Pancakes Ingredients:

  • Pumpkin puree - 140 g
  • Eggs - 2 pcs
  • Milk - 250 ml
  • Sugar - 2-3 tbsp.
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.
  • Flour - 200 g
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • Salt

Preparation method:

  1. Mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, sugar and mashed potatoes.
  3. Pour in the dry mixture and mix well so there are no lumps.
  4. Fry in a dry frying pan or in a little oil.

Serve with your favorite jam, Nutella or peanut butter.
