Puffy and tall garlic buns for borscht: what ingredient will make the dough successful
Flavorful buns with garlic and herbs are a perfect addition to first courses. They are easy to prepare and, importantly, you don't need to fiddle with the dough for a long time. The incredible garlic sauce makes the buns so delicious that it's impossible to tear yourself away.

Ingredients:
For the dough:
- warm water - 1.5 tbsp
- dry yeast - 1 p
- vegetable oil - 1\2 tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- sugar - 2 tbsp
- flour - 4.5 tbsp
- starch - 1 tbsp.
For the garlic sauce:
- chopped dill - 2 tbsp.
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
- olive oil - 3 tbsp.
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Preparation of the dough. Pour water into a deep bowl. Add salt, sugar, and yeast.
2. When the yeast dissolves, add the oil, flour, and starch. Knead the dough and knead for 5-7 minutes. Cover the container and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
3. Form the dough into balls and place on a baking sheet. Leave for 20 minutes.
4. Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.
5. Prepare the sauce. Mix dill, squeezed garlic, oil, and salt.
6. Spread the prepared buns with the sauce and serve with borscht.
