If you want to prepare a delicious and light salad for dinner, the ideal ingredients are: fillets, boiled eggs, cheese, herbs, fresh and baked vegetables.

The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious, hearty protein salad made with eggs, chicken and canned pineapple.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet - 250 g
  • Hard cheese - 80 g
  • Canned pineapples - 120 g
  • Sour cream 10% - 3 tbsp. l
  • Chicken eggs - 4 pcs.
  • Salt, pepper, lemon juice, garlic, herbs - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the meat into slices, salt, add your favorite spices. Fry in a drop of oil until tender or bake. After that, cut it into another cube.

2. Boil the eggs and grate the cheese.

3. For the sauce: mix sour cream, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice.

4. Put the meat, pineapples and eggs, cheese and sour cream and mix well.
