Potato pies are so tasty and hearty that they can be considered a complete meal. But not every hostess wants to spend a whole day fiddling with yeast dough. So it can be prepared without this ingredient. It is only important to observe the correct proportions.

Ingredients:
For the dough:
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- fat kefir - 500 ml
- granulated sugar - 1 tbsp.
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
- salt - 1 tsp.
- baking soda - 1 tsp.
- flour
For stuffing:
- boiled potatoes - 1-1,5 kg
- onion - 1 pc.
- herbs - 1 bundle
- salt, pepper, paprika
Method of preparation:
1. First of all, prepare the dough. To do this, mix all the ingredients and knead the dough, which will not stick to your hands. Put in a warm place for 30 minutes.
2. Next, proceed to the preparation of the filling. First of all, chop the onions and put them to fry.
3. Add mashed potatoes and seasonings.
4. At the very end, add the herbs.
5. Roll out the dough into sausages, cut them into pieces to form balls. Spread the filling and shape into patties.
6. Pan fry on both sides for 2-3 minutes each.
7. Place the finished patties on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
