Pickled cucumbers can be prepared in many ways, with herbs, spices, ketchup, garlic, and pepper. To make them crispy, cucumbers should be soaked in cold water.
Cook Maria shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious pickled cucumbers with Dijon mustard and honey that can be eaten in 2 hours.
Ingredients:
- cucumbers - 500-600 g
- garlic - 2 cloves
- honey - 2 tsp.
- dill - 1-2 tbsp. l
- red pepper - 0.5 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp.
- oil - 1 tbsp.
- mustard in grains - 2 tsp.
- vinegar 9% - 2 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the cucumbers into slices about 1 cm thick.
2. Add the remaining ingredients to the cucumbers and mix well.
3. Let it brew for 1-2 hours.
You can store these cucumbers in the refrigerator for up to a week!
