Pita bread is a versatile product that can easily be used to make snacks, appetizers, and even lunch. The dishes with it are delicious and varied.

For example, food blogger Olha Riabenko offered a recipe for pita bread with ham and cheese on Instagram. The result is a very tasty and nutritious dinner.

Ingredients

  • round pita bread - 6-8 pieces
  • ham - 300 gr
  • eggs - 3 pcs
  • milk - 400 ml
  • hard cheese - 130 gr
  • parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • butter - optional
  • spices - to taste

Method of preparation

1. Roll the pita bread and place in a baking dish.

2. Put the ham between the pita bread.

3. Mix eggs with milk in a bowl. Add grated cheese and chopped parsley.

4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If desired, add your favorite dried herbs.

5. Pour the mixture on the pita bread evenly and leave for 10 minutes. You can add more pieces of butter.

6. Bake at 180° for 45 minutes.
