Pie without flour and kefir: we tell you how to replace the ingredients
If you want to make a delicious cake without flour, it is very easy to do so by replacing it with starch, for example. It is worth noting that the absence of flour will not affect the structure.
Cook Tamara (tomka_recepti ) shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious pie with zest and without flour, which will turn out to be very tasty and successful.
Ingredients:
- Eggs - 5 pcs.
- Sugar - 100 g (50 g for whites, 50 g for yolks)
- Vanilla sugar - 1 packet
- Lemon zest - 1 tsp.
- Thick yogurt - 340 g
- Starch - 5 tbsp.
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Add half the sugar to the whites and beat until fluffy.
2. Add the second half of the sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon zest to the yolks and mix.
3. Add the yogurt and mix, and at the end add the starch and baking powder, and mix again.
4. Combine the two masses and mix gently.
5. Pour the dough into a parchment-lined baking dish and bake at 170 C for 30-40 minutes.
