Pickled mushrooms in 10 minutes: recipe for a delicious appetizer
Champignons are versatile mushrooms for making delicious appetizers, salads, and soups. They can also be marinated with spices, hot peppers, and garlic.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious pickled mushrooms that can be eaten in 10 minutes on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of mushrooms (small or cut in half)
Marinade:
- 150 ml of vinegar 6%
- 100-150 ml of odorless vegetable oil
- 1.5 tsp of salt
- 1 tbsp. of sugar
- 10 peppercorns of pepper
- 4-5 leaves of bay leaves
- 4-6 cloves of garlic
Method of preparation:
1. Wash mushrooms.
2. Pour oil and vinegar into a saucepan, add garlic, salt, peppercorns, sugar, and mushrooms and mix.
3. Put on the fire and boil for a few minutes.
4. Put in a suitable container and refrigerate to marinate.
