A cook shared a recipe for delicious pickled mushrooms with vinegar and garlic on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g mushrooms (choose small ones)
  • 50 g of water
  • 50 g of vegetable oil
  • 20 g of 9% vinegar
  • 7 g of salt
  • 2 pieces of bay leaf
  • 5 pieces of black peppercorns
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp citric acid

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the mushrooms and pat dry them.

2. Pour water and oil into a saucepan, add spices, pepper, and bay leaf, and bring to a boil. Add mushrooms and cook until boiling again.

3. Serve
