Ingredients:
- 500 g mushrooms (choose small ones)
- 50 g of water
- 50 g of vegetable oil
- 20 g of 9% vinegar
- 7 g of salt
- 2 pieces of bay leaf
- 5 pieces of black peppercorns
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tsp citric acid
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the mushrooms and pat dry them.
2. Pour water and oil into a saucepan, add spices, pepper, and bay leaf, and bring to a boil. Add mushrooms and cook until boiling again.
