Pickled beets: how to cook a delicious healthy appetizer

Beets are one of the healthiest, tastiest, and most budget-friendly vegetables that can be eaten raw, baked, and boiled.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious pickled beets with spices and oil on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- beets 0.5 kg.
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 0.5 tsp. sopi
- 2 tbsp. l sugar
- 0.5 tsp coriander
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp. l apple cider vinegar
- 60 ml oil (heat)
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the beets, add grated garlic, sugar, salt and pepper.
2. Pour all the spices into the oil and heat.
3. Pour the oil into the beets, mix with your hands, mash well, cover with cling film and leave in the refrigerator for a while.
