Potatoes are always found in every home, which is why dishes based on this vegetable are so in demand, popular, and very easy to prepare. One of these dishes is rustic potatoes – perfect for everyday and a guilt-free option for a festive table.

Ingredients:

  • potatoes – 500 g
  • vegetable oil
  • salt, pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.

2. Add pepper and salt (it helps to create a crispy crust).

3. Add the oil.

4. Put on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

It is best served with garlic sauce.

Ingredients:

  • sour cream/natural yogurt
  • garlic
  • salt
  • pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Chop the garlic with a garlic press and mix with the rest of the ingredients.

For a richer taste, the expert advises adding a little more garlic and letting the sauce brew for a while after cooking.
