- Potato broth - 500 ml
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - ½ tsp.
- Yeast - 1 tsp.
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Oil - 70 ml
- Flour - 800 g
Method of preparation
1. Add salt, sugar, yeast and egg to the warm potato broth. Mix thoroughly.
2. Add flour and knead the dough.
3. Finally, add the oil and knead until smooth.
4. Cover with foil and leave for 40 minutes.
5. Form pies with your favorite filling and fry in a pan with oil.
